Frozen Parsley Cubes
In many parts of the world parsley is being used in salads, roasted vegetables or lamb. Additionally parsley is often used as a garnish. There are two types of parsley: curly and flat. It is proven that the flat parsley has a stronger taste.
Why use our frozen parsley cubes?
Parsley contains ingredients which causes it to oxidize very rapidly. In addition fresh parsley needs to be washed very thoroughly. Our parsley cubes have an extended shelf life and are ready for use.
